When looking for Chesapeake puppies, always research the health clearances. "Eyes clear" does NOT indicate CERF exams. Puppies CANNOT be OFA normal. OFA numbers are available AFTER 24 months of age NOT before.

BOTH parents need to have CURRENT ratings. You should also find health info on the grandparents and beyond. Take the time to research. A good starting place is to visit "My Favorite Links" page. From there you can review CBR health information on OFA's site as well as CERF's, either by a dogs name or registration number. I have created links to both.
